Subrogation
Craig has over 30 years of experience representing insurers in all kinds of subrogation and reimbursement claims. He currently has developed valuable expertise in mid and large fire loss subrogation, product liability and construction defect damage claims, as well as auto, homeowner and coinsured loss reimbursement rights. Craig handles claims ranging from minor accidents to catastrophic losses throughout Oregon on a contingent fee basis. He is active in all aspects of subrogation, from initial consultation, assistance in coordinating sight or product inspections, and claim evaluation and litigation. Craig maintains a personal "hands on" responsibility for each of his client's claims. Craig has also represented insurers in claims involving PIP reimbursement and coinsured loss recoveries.
